Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process transactions accurately at the checkout register.
- Handle merchandise, including unpacking, pricing, and displaying products effectively.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including security checks and cash reconciliation.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters to the store manager as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (and occasional holidays).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
