Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Restock shelves and maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor according to company standards.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Follow safety protocols and store policies to maintain a secure environment for all employees and shoppers.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (and potentially weekdays for coverage).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso location.
