Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload freight trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stow merchandise accurately into designated storage zones.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure inventory accuracy and completeness.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Operate handheld scanning devices to track incoming and outgoing stock.
- Collaborate effectively with the morning and night shift teams to meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
