Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to clients during weekend shifts
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and ensure store presentation standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed to management
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures
- Support promotional activities and special weekend events as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule availability (Saturdays and/or Sundays)
