Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service at the point of sale.
- Perform stocking, organizing, and inventory management tasks to maintain store standards.
- Ensure the sales floor and backroom areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly sales goals.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs with or without assistance.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting to El Paso, TX.
