Your Role:
As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will ensure our store runs smoothly while providing exceptional service to our local community.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to company standards.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
