Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure store organization meets visual merchandising standards.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the sales floor and stockroom.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions while adhering to all company security policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including security checks and equipment setup.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
