Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with 99% accuracy to maintain database integrity.
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend hours.
- Organize and file physical and digital documents in an efficient manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock records in real-time systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure smooth weekend operations and workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; GED preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (Full weekend availability required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors in data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available for an immediate start date.
