Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory and ensure product availability during peak weekend hours
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to Atlanta shifts
- Previous weekend shift experience preferred
