Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized sales floor displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Participate in weekend promotions and visual merchandising activities
- Address customer inquiries with product knowledge and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work consistently on Saturdays and Sundays
