Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and organize inventory within the warehouse facility.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accurate stock levels and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist in the packing and shipping of orders to meet daily production targets.
- Collaborate with the team lead to resolve operational challenges and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
