Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehousing operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders with 99% accuracy.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace by adhering to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock reconciliation to ensure inventory integrity.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure all shipments are prepared and labeled correctly for timely delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
