Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operations: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Inventory: Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise to ensure shelves are fully stocked and presentable.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and staff.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance record is essential.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
