Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge, assistance, and conflict resolution
- Operate POS systems, manage cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records
- Execute inventory management, stocking, and visual merchandising standards
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety compliance, and organized product displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Process returns/exchanges while adhering to company policies
- Assist with inventory counts and shipment receiving procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students currently enrolled welcome)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-8PM)
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Valid Florida ID or driver's license
