Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays and product arrangements
- Manage inventory restocking and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational standards
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock rotation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome to apply
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
