Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Operate cash registers, handle payments, and balance daily reports
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Uphold strict safety and cleanliness protocols throughout the store
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) with flexible scheduling
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for transaction processing
- Reliable transportation to our Minneapolis location
