Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory and stock replenishment to ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including security checks and cash management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the sales floor.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
