- Process accurate data entries and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM and inventory systems.
- Assist with logistics coordination and ensure timely delivery of weekend batches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access (for remote CA applicants).
- Ability to work independently and handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
