Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend guests across all touchpoints
- Manage high-volume transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations

- Execute opening/closing procedures according to brand standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with variable shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic computer literacy and POS system proficiency
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving required)
