Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Assist with inventory management and markdowns as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Mandatory Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
