Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Stock shelves, organize display areas, and ensure merchandise is accurately priced and accessible.
- Operational Support: Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and basic cash transactions at the register.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by performing light cleaning duties.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekday team to ensure seamless operations across the weekend shift.
- Merchandising: Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and dependability.
