Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and ensure store presentation meets brand guidelines
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including store safety checks
- Collaborate with weekend team to resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout customer-facing areas
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays as needed
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer base
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Milwaukee Riverwalk Plaza location
