- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Merchandise and maintain store presentation standards including visual displays and stock organization
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak weekend hours
- Assist in inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Uphold safety protocols and store security procedures at all times
- Participate in weekend team meetings and training sessions for professional development
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Reliability and punctuality with consistent weekend availability
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
