Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with product inquiries
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Organize and maintain store displays, shelves, and checkout areas
- Support inventory management through stock counting and replenishment
- Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - full training provided
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
- Reliable transportation to our Commerce Drive location
