Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Atlanta location.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to stand for extended periods.
