Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and display areas to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management promptly.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and security protocols throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Handle cash deposits and reconcile daily transactions with high accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; GED preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
