Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales transactions.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure a well-organized sales floor.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment throughout the store.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
- Assist with inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
- Handle cash and digital payments securely and follow all company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (but not mandatory).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
