Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain visual standards throughout the store.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving stock and processing returns.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
