Responsibilities
- Execute efficient stocking and shelving of products to ensure high availability and organization.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment throughout the shift.
- Handle cash register operations and process transactions accurately.
- Assist in inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily operational goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not strictly required).
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for register operations.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and walk throughout the store.
- Valid state-issued ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
