Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Assist in stocking merchandise, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean, safe sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock shortages.
- Collaborate with the floor team to achieve weekly sales targets and promotional goals.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are strictly followed during busy weekend periods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- No prior retail or work experience is required; we train all new hires.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
