Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and assist with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment by sweeping, mopping, and organizing merchandise.
- Stocking & Inventory: Receive and stock incoming merchandise, ensuring all shelves are fully stocked and labeled correctly.
- Price Checks: Verify pricing accuracy and update signage as needed to reflect current sales and promotions.
- Shelf Organization: Rotate stock regularly to ensure freshness and prevent waste, adhering to company visual standards.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor the sales floor for suspicious activity and report any safety hazards or security breaches to management.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays (Full-time weekend availability is preferred).
- No Experience Required: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Adaptability: Ability to follow instructions and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
