Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment during peak weekend hours.
- Inventory Management: Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and perform basic inventory counts.
- Point of Sale: Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling transactions with efficiency and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily goals and support store operations.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions.
