Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming shoppers and answering their questions.
- Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized by stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Operations: Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle customer returns efficiently.
- Inventory: Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment during weekend hours.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend team to achieve daily sales goals and store standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior retail or customer service experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate standard retail equipment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor frequently.
