Responsibilities
- Greet Customers: Provide a welcoming and positive shopping experience for every customer visiting our store.
- Stocking & Merchandising: Maintain product displays by organizing shelves, replenishing inventory, and ensuring products are clean and accessible.
- Checkout Operations: Efficiently process transactions using point-of-sale systems, handle cash and credit payments accurately, and manage returns.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms tidy and organized to uphold our high standards of presentation.
- Customer Assistance: Answer inquiries regarding product locations, pricing, and availability to help customers find exactly what they need.
- Inventory Control: Assist in periodic stock counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and have flexible availability during day and evening shifts.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic math for cash handling and inventory counting.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with others and support team goals.
