Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a top-tier shopping experience.
- Merchandising: Maintain product displays, organize shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Stocking & Inventory: Receive and stock incoming merchandise efficiently and accurately during off-peak hours.
- Operational Support: Operate cash registers and handle point-of-sale transactions with precision.
- Store Maintenance: Assist in keeping the store organized, including trash removal and floor care.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25 lbs.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn.
