Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers, answering questions and assisting with product selection.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and rotate inventory to ensure products are easily accessible.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to the management team.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Assist in unloading deliveries and maintaining a clutter-free workspace.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical activity (lifting up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for cash handling.
- Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
