Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and transaction processing efficiently.
- Perform daily stocking, organization, and inventory counts to ensure visual standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
- Ensure all merchandise is displayed attractively and according to company standards.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
