Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their shopping needs and answer inquiries.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to execute visual merchandising standards and promotional displays.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict adherence to company security and auditing protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile devices.
