Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend operating hours (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Process transactions and maintain accurate client records using our proprietary digital platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Assist with inventory management and facility maintenance during off-peak hours
- Participate in weekend training sessions to enhance service delivery skills
- Uphold company standards for safety, security, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged
- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays) with flexibility during peak hours
