Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to weekend shoppers
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and visual merchandising during weekend shifts
- Support store operations including opening/closing procedures and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend coverage and peak-time efficiency
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Maintain clean, organized sales floors and fitting room areas throughout shift
Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for weekend shift schedules
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork during high-volume weekend periods
- Must be at least 18 years old to operate store equipment
