Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and checkout processes.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and restock merchandise to ensure shelves are fully stocked.
- Merchandising: Maintain visual displays, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized.
- Operations: Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, register operation, and security checks.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with floor managers and team members to ensure seamless operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
- Skills: Basic math skills for cash handling and strong communication abilities.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
