Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, checking in, and organizing incoming stock to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Merchandising & Stocking: Maintain optimal product displays and restock shelves efficiently to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers by answering questions and assisting with product selection.
- Operations Support: Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) to move heavy loads safely.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular checks to ensure products are in excellent condition and adhere to safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to streamline workflow during peak hours.
- Security: Monitor the premises to prevent theft and ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) consistently.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, retail, or logistics is a plus but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory counts and data entry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
