Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and inventory control to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer Service: Assist customers and team members with inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and safety on the floor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide part-time associates during the shift, fostering a collaborative and productive atmosphere.

Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work a Weekend Shift (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and attendance is essential.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
