Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing storage areas efficiently.
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Operate cash registers and handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and securely.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace throughout the weekend shift.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and targets.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor product quality and report any damaged goods to the store manager immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
