Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and transactions in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure store presentation meets company standards.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Monitor store security and adhere to all safety and operational policies.
- Collaborate with the weekend management team to execute promotional events and sales goals.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting for all shoppers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to the Orlando, FL location.
