Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests across all touchpoints
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our digital systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Maintain pristine facility standards through regular cleaning and organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Uphold strict safety and compliance protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and digital tools
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Valid California driver's license (if applicable to role duties)
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts during peak periods
