Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Operate POS systems and process transactions with 100% accuracy
- Manage inventory and maintain visually appealing displays during weekend rushes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards during peak hours
- Support weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (including holidays)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid California driver's license (if driving required for role)
