As a Weekend Shift Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining store operations. Our weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 8 AM-6 PM) offer work-life balance with weekday availability. We prioritize a supportive culture with growth opportunities for dedicated team members.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Execute inventory management tasks including stock rotation and reconciliation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Uphold cleanliness and safety protocols throughout the store
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Santana Row location
