Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations and inventory management procedures with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform accurate stock counts and manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Operate heavy machinery and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring cargo integrity.
- Monitor quality control measures to prevent errors and returns.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding daily targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
