Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries to drive customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) systems.
- Perform routine cleaning and organization tasks to keep the sales floor pristine.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to management.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Strong reliability and punctuality record.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
